As we enter the 2023 cycling season what better way to start the new year than with New Fitness Goals and a Tailored Training Plan to help achieve them!

Lets dust off our bikes and prepare for some …or all of the following goals:

  • 12 March: Time Trial Windsor
  • 29 April: Eid Cyclethon
  • 28 May: Ride London
  • 18 June: London 2 Brighton

Our 4 week Components of Fitness Course is designed to improve Skills & Endurance, Balance, Coordination & Technique on our bikes. You can expect your Aerobic Endurance, Speed, Flexibility, Agility, Reaction Time, and Confidence to improve.

This boost in skills, confidence and endurance is exactly what we need to prepare for the Windsor Time Trial on 12 March!

What’s even better is that if you register for Components of Fitness, your entry for the Windsor Time Trial will be FREE!* Now that’s an offer you can’t pedal out of 😁

Course Details

Components of Fitness will be run in HillingdonCycle Circuit (private hire exclusively for our use).

Dates:

  • Saturday 11th Feb
  • Sunday 19th Feb
  • Saturday 25th Feb
  • Saturday 4th March

Time:

  • 1pm-4pm

Cost:

£25 for Evolve Members with complimentary registration to the Windsor Time Trial

£35 for non-members
